Class Description
Unlock your creativity with all things AI! After learning AI basics, students will use several tools, platforms, and software to create customized AI-generated art (no coding required) to bridge AI with 3D printing, digital animation, and printed images. The software includes: Procreate Dreams, Photoshop (The AI Aspect), and Krea.
Learning Objectives: in this class, students will learn about
- 3D Printing
- 3D sculpting and how it can be aided by AI
- How to generate and refine AI art from text and drawings
- How to create entire 3D worlds from text and drawings
- How to integrate AI art into hand drawn workflows and video scenes
- The ethical concerns surrounding AI art
- The art of the peer critique and give peer critiques on the progress of student work
- Opportunities and potential resources on career pathways
- How to distribute, exhibit, and promote artwork for a variety of audiences
